Women Leading In Golf Summit

Strengthen connection, confidence and community right across the game

Built for Women. Designed for the Game.

Our clubs are evolving - and so are the women shaping them. From operations to hospitality, turf to finance, women are contributing at every level of golf. Yet the support networks, pathways, and spaces to connect haven't always been visible.

Connection

Build meaningful relationships with women across every corner of the golf industry — from club management to turf, hospitality to governance. The people in this room get it.

Confidence

Step into your leadership with clarity. Walk away with practical tools, fresh perspective, and the conviction that your role matters more than you think.

Community

You're not alone in this. Drive creates a space where women in golf can belong, be heard, and lift each other higher - long after the week is over.

Growth

Whether you're just starting out or already leading, Drive is an investment in where you're going next - and the person you're becoming along the way.

ABOUT DRIVE

The Summit that Gets it!

Our clubs are evolving. Member expectations are rising. The way we lead, communicate and operate is changing and women are contributing at every level of club life more than ever before.

From operations to hospitality, membership to turf, finance to governance, women are shaping the culture and performance of our clubs every day.

Yet for many, the pathway forward isn’t always clear. The support network isn’t always visible. And the opportunity to connect with other women who truly understand the industry is rare.

Women Leading in Golf has been created in response to that reality. Not as a statement of division, but as an investment in strength. An investment in connection, confidence and capability.

DRIVE is about bringing women together to share experiences openly, build practical skills, expand perspective, and leave feeling clearer about your value and your direction.

When women across our industry are supported to grow, our clubs will grow stronger.

This is about backing ourselves, backing one another.

And DRIVING the future of golf together!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Two Days at Drive

Day one is about community and connection. Attendees come together for keynotes, facilitated discussions, and shared experiences designed to build relationships across the industry, before an afternoon of golf or reflection and an evening of wine, dinner, and good company.

Day two turns to growth and opportunity, with mentoring, personal development sessions, and workshops aimed at building confidence and clarity in each attendee's own direction. The day closes with a keynote to send everyone off inspired, with the option to stay on for golf or a club tour.

Across both days, the real value lies in the room itself - women from the industry coming together to connect, be inspired, and support one another's growth.

Venue

Drive takes place at one of Australasia's finest private golf clubs. Royal Auckland's history dates back to 1894, and The Grange to 1924 - two of New Zealand's great clubs that merged in 2015 and invested over $60 million in building something extraordinary.

The result is a 27-hole Nicklaus-designed course, a state-of-the-art contemporary clubhouse, and a fully-fledged driving range and short game practice area.

It's a venue that understands what a great club feels like and is the prefect setting for this summit.

The club is located just a short distance from the airport and city.

Accommodation

Drive has partnered with SkyCity Hotel in the heart of Auckland city, with 25% off the standard room rate exclusively for attendees.

Whether you're travelling from out of town or want to make a proper weekend of it, SkyCity puts you right in the centre of everything - the waterfront, the restaurants, the Sky Tower on your doorstep.

Book using the link provided at registration to access your discounted rate. Rooms are limited, so we recommend securing yours early.
